New patient appointments are customarily scheduled between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:30. Fertility procedures are performed 7 days a week by appointment only.

New patients are always welcome. You may schedule your new patient appointment by calling 972-981-7800 option 1 or completing the request for an appointment on this page. Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will need to complete new patient paperwork available on this website, or our office can mail you the complete packet. Both of these options allow you to complete all of the necessary paperwork in your home at your leisure. Once the paperwork is completed you may email to Valerie@TexasIVF.com or fax to 972-981-7814. New patient paperwork must be received in our office at least 5 days prior to your visit so that our staff can prepare your chart. This will ensure Dr. Rodriguez will have ample time to review your history prior to your appointment.

We encourage new patients to send medical records from any previous treatments or Ob/Gyn prior to your scheduled appointment in order to give Dr Rodriguez ample time to review all pertinent history before your appointment.
