Fees | Insurance
Dr. Rodriguez offers state of the art fertility services at competitive
prices. Our staff will be happy to go over all fees in detail before
your treatment.
Dr. Rodriguez is contracted with most major insurance plans. A list
of current plans is below. Our office will be happy to assist you
in verification of fertility benefits with your insurance company.
Although many insurance plans will cover fertility testing, only
about half will cover fertility treatments.
If you are unsure about your specific plans, you may want to contact
your human resources department at your company. They should be
able to give you details on your specific coverage.
If your company offers several insurance plans for your choice,
you may want to check that the plan you choose offers the best benefits
for infertility treatments.
If you have questions about insurance, feel free to contact our

If Dr. Rodriguez is not currently contracted with your insurance
company you may want to check to see if you have out of network
benefits. This benefit would reimburse you at a different rate if
you seek a physician out of your insurance network.
